CareWorks USA’s Robert Seal Voted 2009 Rehabilitation Counselor of the Year
CareWorks USA is proud to announce that the Michigan Rehabilitation Counselors & Educators Association has named Robert Seal, MA, CRC, Vocational Counselor, as its 2009 Rehabilitation Counselor of the Year. The honor was given in recognition of Mr. Seal’s excellence in the practice of Rehabilitation Counseling and his distinguished service to the profession.
Mr. Seal has practiced Vocational Rehabilitation for more than 30 years, and he has been cited as the Vocational Expert on several Michigan Workers’ Compensation Case Law decisions, including the highly visible Stokes vs. Chrysler case. This specific case has allowed Employers and Insurance Companies to determine whether someone has transferable skills, which has positively affected the ability to return injured workers to meaningful work. In addition, Mr. Seal specializes in skills assessment and job placement for Automobile No-Fault cases.
Both a graduate and post-graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Seal earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and his Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
